I am respected as a thought leader in the health and wellbeing industry with over two decades operating at board level. My client work delivers effective executive support and innovative, highly effective workplace preventative wellbeing solutions for them and their staff.
I have worked in the private and public sectors and have held roles in sales & marketing, contract management and senior leadership. I was Managing Director of a leading UK EAP and Wellbeing company for 20 years and General Manager UK&I for the largest HR Career Management company. I have a very clear understanding of the importance of ensuring and delivering effective alignment in practice of an organisation’s health and wellbeing policy and activities with its HR & business strategies.
I have designed a number of workplace health and wellbeing programmes, including the largest project to date in Europe, and delivered workshops and training for leaders and managers in work-life balance, stress management, mental health & wellbeing, personal resilience and emotional intelligence. I speak regularly at conferences, events and universities and have numerous published articles on workplace health and wellbeing, being a strong advocate of prevention and appropriate early intervention.
I am a qualified business coach and mentor and passionately believe that everyone has the capacity to be inspired, to embrace change, and to achieve their potential.
